The first stage involves high-precision cutting of metal pipes and profiles according to the project specifications. Blanks are prepared based on exact dimensions to ensure a precise fit during the next stages. This step is critical for maintaining the geometric integrity of the entire structure.

In the second stage, holes are made for fasteners, joints, and technical components. Both punching and drilling methods are used, depending on the material type and requirements. The geometric accuracy of these holes directly impacts the strength and reliability of the final assembly.

All elements are assembled on a specialized jig table to precisely align the structure according to the drawings. This stage is crucial for identifying any discrepancies before welding begins. Technical inspection ensures correct joint alignment, symmetry, and compliance with design parameters.

After pre-assembly, the structure is welded using gas and argon welding methods to ensure strong, durable connections. Special attention is given to the consistency and quality of the welds. Upon completion, a mandatory weld quality inspection is carried out.

Once welding is completed, the structure undergoes both mechanical and manual processing: slag, scale, and metal splashes are removed. Welds are ground to achieve a smooth surface. This ensures a clean base for protective coatings and gives the product a neat appearance.

The structure is thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and coated with powder paint. It is then placed in a specialized oven where the paint is cured at high temperature, forming a durable finish. Each stage is quality-controlled—from surface cleanliness to coating uniformity.

In the final stage, the structure is fully assembled and undergoes final inspection: geometry, stability, coating quality, and weld integrity are all checked to meet industry standards and customer requirements. The product is then packaged and ready for shipment.
